Jesus, I admit that I am a sinner and have done things that are wrong. Please heal me of all the things that are wrong in my life. I believe your promise that you will save those who believe in you! I do believe in you. I declare that you are my Lord. I am no longer in charge of my life – You are now in charge. Thank you for your love. I love you. Amen
