In Philippians 4:2-9 Paul outlines some great advice for our worry and concerns. First, tell God what you need. Second, thank God for all he has done. Third, reflect on all the good things.
- Name 3 Emotions you felt today.
- Think about how you reacted to those emotions – How did that reaction impact your relationship with God?
- What do you need from God right now? Practice asking Him for what you need.
At the end of your discussion, go around the group and ask for prayer requests.
