Bradon: you are listening to the discussion questions for the episode redirected towards God.
Jon: we read about Abigail and her husband Nabal. Nabal made a mockery out of David and his men and David wanted him to be punished for it! David was ready to kill Nabal for the way he had been treated. Abigail, his wife, and God-honoring woman rushed to speak to David and spare him from murdering a man; to redirect David toward God.

Growth Tip
Jon: alright! Bradon, I was inspired by you openness today. I think we should go from there for our growth tip.
Bradon: alright… how do you suppose that.
Jon: Well, you didn’t quit, you leaned into the hard and learned something. I know lots of people who avoid hard things because they are afraid. Faith is hard, reading the Bible is hard. Sure Faith and connecting with God are also amazing, which makes it worth it! So I think we should all try something hard, maybe thats talking to a friend about your faith, maybe that’s reading a book of the bible you think is too difficult for you, or too dry. Take something you find hard about your faith, and give it a shot!
Bradon: so I am good then, I already did this?
Jon: nope, because you succeeded, so now you have to find the next hard thing and do that! It’s how we learn and grow!
Bradon: sounds like homework … but also I do know how much you grow from it! So I am in!
Jon: perfect!
