Discussion | Things We Cannot See

Jon: You are listening to the discussion episode for the episode titled, “Things We Cannot See”.

Bradon: We looked at Hebrews 11 which describes many people who were considered to be great men and women of faith. We looked specifically at Samson and we realized that his life was far from perfect yet because of his faith in God people remember him as a good man full of faith. The lesson is from Hebrews 11:1, “Faith is the confidence that what we hope for will actually happen; it gives us assurance about things we cannot see.”

Growth Tip

Jon: Today we want you to play the role of a news journalist.

Bradon: The growth tip is to interview someone and get their story. Learn about their mistakes, their victories, their good and bad decisions.

Jon: What we want you to learn about is how their faith in God has guided them throughout their life.

Prayer Requests

At the end of your discussion, go around the group and ask for prayer requests.
